Cooling off in air-conditioned bedrooms after an outing on a hot summer afternoon. Rooms are spacious, bright and decorated with fine antiques, appropriate to the age and life of this proud, old home.

Indoors, relax in any of the three guest parlors: the formal front parlor, the library with its collection of local and Brooklyn history; the family room, with cable TV; and also the side enclosed porch, the ideal place to sit out a sudden summer shower.

A full breakfast is served daily in the formal dining room from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. Every effort is made to meet special dietary needs, but the fare reflects the nature of the farm. The breakfast is hearty, with homemade baked goods, hot and cold beverages and a variety of seasonal fruits.
