Rooms:

• Yellow Room #1 - $700 + 12% tax:
  Listen to the babbling brook outside your window as you sleep. This beautiful 250 sq. ft. room is located on the first floor of the Mansion. This room has a queen-size bed, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, wireless internet, cable t.v. w/dvd player.
  

• Red Room #2 - $700 + 12% tax:
  Located on first floor next to yellow room, beautifully decorated full/twin beds, big screen w/ cable t.v., air conditioning, gas fireplace.
  
  
• Gold Room #3 - $450 + 12% tax:
  Located upstairs facing gazebo in Knapp Park, beautifully decorated room, with single twin bed, cable t.v. /ceiling fan.
  
  
• Sage Green Room #4 - $800 + 12% tax:
  Located on the second floor Sage Green room is our beautiful 250 sq. ft. room which was the original master bedroom overlooking the brook and the Gazebo at Knapp Park across the street from the mansion. This room has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen T.V. over fireplace, ceiling fan, wireless internet, cable t.v. w/dvd player.
  
  
• Lavender Room #5 - $800 + 12% tax:
  The Lavender room is located upstairs, and is next to our sage green room, which can be an adjoining room making it into a two room sweet. This room has a king size bed and a twin bed, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, wireless internet, cable t.v. w/dvd player.
  
  
• Blue Room #6 - $700 + 12% tax:
  The Blue room is on the second floor just across from our sage green room, and over looks the Gazebo at the beautiful Knapp Park located directly across the street from the mansion. This room has a queen-size bed, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, wireless internet, cable t.v. w/dvd player.
  
  

Please note, that there are roll-away and inflatable beds available and they can be placed in rooms where they are needed.

Common Areas:

• Great Room:
  Enjoy the summer breeze in the summer, and the warmth of our beautifully handmade marble gas fireplace in the winter. For your viewing and listening pleasure, we have a 27 inch flat screen TV, and piped in music.
  
  
• Kitchen:
  You may also sit and enjoy breakfast, or perhaps, an afternoon snack at our nine foot bar in our 1,000 square foot kitchen, and be able to enjoy flat screen t.v., and warmth of our granite gas fireplace in winter.
  

Also, four and five night stays are welcome, pricing would be $500 for 4 nights and $600 for 5 nights for Sage and Lavender. All other rooms will be $400 for 4 nights, and $500 for 5 nights. The Gold room single bed $250 4 nights, and 5 nights $325. There is also the 12% tax applied on all rentals.
